Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the advantages of shopping in-store vs online?

When visiting in-store, you will have the opportunity to speak to our educated staff who can assist you in finding the right product for your specific health need.

Our online ordering  does not feature all of the products we have in-store. We have over 3500 active skus within our Port Elgin location and we are continously listing new and exciting products!

We offer loyalty points and discounts to our in-store shoppers. We have a Customer Appreciation Day which takes place on the second wednesday of every month. The discounts offered on this day are only offered to in-store shoppers.

  • Can customers still earn loyalty points when shopping online?

When shopping Pick Up, Yes the points will be added to the customer file as long as you have entered your name, e-mail and phone number. Although, Loyalty Points can only be used on in-store purchases.

  • How do you pick what products to bring into Well in Hand?

We listen to our customers!  We are here for them and want to make sure we are able to help them feel better. We look for gaps in our listings and try our best to fill them. Before ordering a new product, we carefully assess the ingredients, location of manufacturing and how eco-friendly the brand is. When a customer is looking for a specific product, we will try our best to find that product and bring it in for them. If we feel it is a good fit for the store, we may keep it on our shelves! We also attend the Canadian Health Food Association Trade Show in the East and West. This helps us stay up-to-date with industry trends.
