Well in Hand Health Food Store is proud to be the trusted source for natural health products in Saugeen Shores. In 2002, owner Debra Lemme, encouraged by one of her nutrition clients, decided to open up a health store that would cater to those seeking a natural approach to good health and wellbeing.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Deb had already been practicing in the field for several years, but she felt compelled to create a space where people could easily access high quality supplements, allergy free food, natural skin care and more!
In more recent years, Debra's daughter Caterina Swartz, also a Registered Holisitic Nutritionist, has been running the business alongside Debra.
Well in Hand has grown to be a destination that is highly valued by local customers and summer tourists alike. This passion is also readily apparent in the knowledgeable & dedicated staff members at Well in Hand.
About our Inventory
The brands and products we stock are carefully curated. We are cautious of ingredients, source of ingredients, product license, country of manufacturing, price, need and more.
We have the whole family covered with our wide selection of vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics, and amino acids. All of the supplements at Well in Hand have a Natural Product Number (NPN) which is a product licence issued by Health Canada. Products with a licence have been assessed by Health Canada and found to be safe, effective and of high quality under their recommended conditions of use.
Our Sports Nutrition department caters to elite athletes and the weekend warrior alike. There you can find products such as: Whey Isolate Protein Powder, Organic Vegan Protein Powders, BCAAs, EAAs, Pre-workouts, Creatine, Collagen and more.
Many of our food options cater to specific diets such as: gluten-free, diary-free, nut-free, keto, low-fodmap and plant-based.
In our Skin and Hair Care department, you will find products that are free of parabens, phthalates, and other questionable ingredients.
