In 2002, owner Debra Lemme, encouraged by one of her nutrition clients, decided to open up a health store that would cater to those seeking a natural approach to good health and wellbeing.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Deb had already been practicing in the field for several years, but she felt compelled to create a space where people could easily access high quality supplements, allergy free food, natural skin care and more!

In more recent years, Debra's daughter Caterina Swartz, also a Registered Holisitic Nutritionist, has been running the business alongside Debra.
