Customer Service Specialist

Hours: Part-Time Permanent

Mondays: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesdays: 9:30am - 5:30pm

2nd Wednesday of the Month: 9:30am - 5:30pm

Every Third Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Requirements: 

• Able to provide a written reference from a past employer
• Able to work the hours stated above
• Excellent computer skills
• Transparent, easygoing and positive attitude 
• Strong passion for natural health

Assets: 

• Experience in Retail or Customer Service
• Knowledge of supplements and/or nutrition

Responsibilities:

• Open and close store
• Greet and assist customers 
• Process customer transactions
• Restock shelves 
• Answer phone calls
• Create and follow up with special orders
• Receive purchase orders into our SmartVendor POS system
• Create new product codes and price products accordingly
• Light cleaning
